Okay, it's been a rough week but I'm back on track and ready!!! I haven't felt well all week and exercise and eating has suffered due to that. Went to the doc yesterday and really shouldn't have wasted my time. Doogie Howser is alive and well and practicing medicine in Hawaii.......
So I'm back. I feel like a little pudge ball but I'm going to work on that. I did the Firm this morning and it really kicked my butt. Tonight I'm thinking of Shape your abs. It's nice and early so I'm off to get moving.....

The Lost Weekend.................................
Well, this is a day best over and done with. Put it behind me and start anew tomorrow.
Last night we went to the grand opening of the new fish auction; it was nice. Talk about food!!! They had tons, and tons, and not just fish. After we went out to Gordon Biersch for dinner (on the lab of course!!!!). I drank way more than I'm used too and ate sausage for dinner. SAUSAGE!!! What the hell was I thinking???? After dinner Charlie and I went up to Big Island Steak House and had key lime pie and Keoki coffee (something with like 3 different alcohols in it). That was too much for me. I woke up at 3 a.m. and knew I was in trouble. Got up this morning feeling like crap. Eating with abandon and not even caring about calories or points or core or anything!!!!
Okay, that's over and done with and it's time to move on.......
When I woke up I was also worrying about money (seems to be going around, I read some other blogs with folks with money woes). After having gotten it together I let the ball drop again; I have to stop that. I will begin to straighten things out tomorrow. At least I have a plan and feel better about it.
Well, enough for tonight..... I need to regroup and get ready for tomorrow; it's back on plan and back to exercise...........
