I was just updating my template when I realized my metric century ride is this Sunday. Hello!!! Am I ready??? I don't know!!! Oh well, it's not a race just a ride and I can always turn around at the 50km mark.... Edit: Fat bottomed girls you make the rocking world go round...

Yeah, I say turn around at the 50km mark and ride all the way back to the start. :-) As long as it's only a metric century, that is....

Oh, and forgot to mention that based on your recommendation, I bought the Carmichael book. So far it's really great. I love how he says that all calories are not equated equally. I'm really looking forward to reading it. Thanks for the tip!
