another 50 cents :) Today was weird and I'm not sure why. I woke up and my plantar was screaming. That hasn't happened since I started seeing the chiro last week. I thought it may be from the tri but yesterday it didn't hurt at all. Weird.
Also, my back was tight. So tight that the chiro had a helluva time adjusting me today. He asked me what the hell I had been doing and I had nothing to offer. All I did was go to bed last night and wake up this morning.
Then I got so tired this afternoon and I don't know why. I mean falling down asleep. It was bad. Don't know what's going on but it's weird.
I did get up and do the elliptical for 30 minutes this morning, so that was good. Okay, that's about all. I'm going to watch the end of Big Brother and head off to bed.
