The body is fighting change
It's interesting. Whenever I really get into working out my body rebels. It starts with a little ache, this time is was my ankle. When that doesn't stop me it cranks it up with some muscle soreness, right now it's my lower back. Then, for good measure, it throws in some extraneous pain, like my right hip. If I don't give it to it by Friday it will all be gone and I will feel awesome. How do I know this? Because it's the exact pattern that's happened time and time and time again. Luckily I'm a freaky record keeper :) When I felt the low back soreness I thought 'oh no' somethings wrong. Then I looked back through my old training journals and found the same soreness right around the same time. Nothings wrong. My body is fighting the healthy changes. I guess no one really likes change, it's much easier to stay the same. Not this time body, sorry. Now I have to go make a chiro appointment and go for a walk.

Keep up the good work!
It's good to be aware of the messages our body is sending us. And there really is something known as a psychological backache! So see your Chiropractor, don't cause yourself actual pain (a little discomfort is fine), and go from there. Sounds like you are really focused.
