I can do some finally, but can definitely feel the need to get back to it. When I started pilates at least 6 years ago, no one had even heard of it. I don't do it all the time (especially now), but its something you can go back to again and again and get benefit from it. <BR/><BR/>Good luck with continued success with Rocco.
