I was out for a run. This morning was strength and running. It was leg day. I have got to swap my schedule so that legs fall on the non-running day. Doh!!!
Since I started my run before sunrise I wore my cute little white running skirt so I'd stand out. It was an okay run. I had some knee pain before I started so that was a problem. But I did a little over 3 miles in 39 minutes. My pace is slightly faster than last week. That's good.
That's all I have to say. It's early and I probably should get started on work.

I am so proud of you and sticking with this program! You are coming along nicely! 39 min. for a little over 3 miles isn't bad at all! Just keep at it!
