Today is my rest day. This is something I have a huge problem with and am determined to conquer it. I can't seem to shake the all or nothing mentality when it comes to exercise. I know it's good practice to take a day off once a week but one day leads to two and to three...... NOT THIS WEEK!!! I'm taking today off and tomorrow I am right back to it. That is my goal.
Saturday morning I will ride my bike to WW and I will get some swimming in over the weekend.
Maybe I'll run a little mini triathalon on Sunday just to see if I can do it. I haven't registered yet for the Mountainman and am really doubting if I'll be ready to do it. I'm thinking of waiting till next year to tackle triathalons. I don't know. Maybe I'll join a group and train for my first one. I don't know; decisions need to be made..........
