Yesterday was my "day off" and I was a little worried about recovering from it; but I did. My neck was bothering me last night so I did yoga when I came home from work. This morning I got right up and got to working out. I don't have time to get my run in, that I will have to do tomorrow.
I'm not sre what is going on with the weight thing. I think I may have lost control, but just a little. The weight is up and I can't seem to get it back down. It's really bothering me. I think it's time to journal. Starting tomorrow I will journal again even though I'm following the Core program. Alright, time to jet off to work......
