Another Day

Well, it's been a couple of days and things are rolling along. I have been exercising and eating fairly well. Tonight I was starving and probably over ate but at least it was ahi and pumpkin fluff....

Otherwise things are going well. My boss, Wendy, took off today and it was really quiet in the lab. Amy (the other boss) is getting ready to go on vacation; that will be fun!!!

A news flash just came over that Yassar Arafat just died. I wonder what the hell is going to happen in Isreal now. Things are so crazy there this could tip the balance either way. It may end the hostilities; Yassar was a real driving force behind a Palestian state; on the other had the next leader could be even worse and things could really get bad over there. It's kind of scary to think about. It's good to know that Kerry isn't in the white house now. He would no doubt have let the EU talk him into pulling support from Isreal and god knows what might happen then.

Well, enough politics. This really is all about me :) I need to pay some bills so I'll go do that now....
