of the week for me. By Wednesday night or Thursday morning I am tired of exercising and watching what I eat. Wednesday night I usually flake out on my workout and Thursday morning I'm too tired to get up and workout. Also, Thursday mornings I usually convince myself to stop at 7-11 for coffee (god, I love their coffee) and then can't resist a pastry. If I do that, that usually ruins the whole day because I end up pigging out all day. Well, this morning I wanted their coffee but didn't stop and pigged out on oatmeal and grapes once I got to work. Also, I not only did my strength training and functional exercises last night but I got up and did 45 minutes on the treadmill. I am so very proud of myself :)
I has been a good week and I will make it all the way through to the end. I need a really good week under my belt in order to keep my momentum going. Also, I feel so amazingly good, it's unreal. I feel muscles all over my body. My left leg IT band feels weird but it doesn't really hurt so I think it's getting better.
Anyway, it's a great day and I'm incredibly proud of myself........
