My last tri of the season is in the books.

And it wasn't pretty. It was hard and I wasn't completely prepared and oh well.

None of the stats are up yet and I wore my HRM which does not have a lap/split button so I don't know all the dirty details.

I'll write a full report later. Right now I'm tired, pleased I finished and need to lie down.
