I'm all alone at work for a short time and decided to goof off.
I didn't get up and workout this morning. Something I ate yesterday didn't quite agree with me. Nothing serious, I was just up and down a couple of times and the ole' tummy was a little upset. So I took a rest day.
Theoretically I was going to run at lunch. Yeah.... that didn't happen either. I like to go out before I eat so I don't have a full stomach and so I can relax while I eat and recover. Well, before I knew it, it was 1 p.m. and I was starving. Okay, a real rest day. That's okay.
I will probably do some yoga during Grey's Anatomy and stretch out my neck and back.
Okay, that's all. I do have some work to get done before I go home so I guess I should do that..
