I can not figure out why I am so tired. I'm getting plenty of sleep. I'm eating well. I'm working out. All these things would indicate I should have tons of energy. I don't!! I hate when I feel something and don't know why. If I was partying or sitting up all night I could understand being tired. But I'm not. The only thing I can put it down to is for the last couple of weeks I did eat pretty crappy, maybe my body is getting over 3 weeks of dessert :)
Also, when I change eating patterns I tend to need an adjustment period. My eating is not that different from before, but I have cut back some and I'm eating more veggies and less refined carbs. I'm probably just adjusting to healthy stuff.
Went for a run this morning and I ran 1.82 miles in 25 minutes. That's about .04 miles further and 2 minutes faster. Totally cool. Have I mentioned I love my Garmin???? Oh yeah, it was interval day, so that was done in 1 minute sprints :)

At least you're running! Good for you keeping at it. The fatigue thing will pass once you get more conditioned.
I battled fatigue for 6 weeks and finally figured out that I wasn't sleeping. I guess I've developed insomina. I just don't know why. But taking a sleeping aid helps tremendously.
Three weeks of dessert, huh? LMAO, that could be a small part of it!
I'm really one to talk, on my way to Burger King as soon as I step away from this keyboard.
