Yesterday and today has been weird with my back. Yesterday the right side of my back was so seized up the chiro could hardly adjust it. He did a little muscle releasing but it didn't seem to help much. Also, my plantar hurt so bad he could hardly touch it. The rest of the day the back didn't feel so great.
Today I woke and the back felt pretty good. When I got to work and was walking around I felt like my right hip had dropped. Now my right hip is rotated to the rear causing my right leg to be shorter than my left leg. So I'm walking around and it really felt like my right hip was sitting lower than normal. I also felt like my right foot was hitting the floor quicker than normal (like it would if my hip was lower). I also felt like I was walking more balanced and not so lopsided. It's weird, I know, but that's how it felt.
I go to see the chiro tomorrow so I guess I'll find out what's going on. Also, my back muscles are sore. Not painful, but sore like they've been working. Weird. Who knows what's going on.

Sometimes it takes more than one adjustment to loosen things up. Just giveit some time. I actualy had better results from chiro after my accident than massage.
Man..how frustrating! Hope you feel better soon and it won't affect your big bike ride coming up soon!
