Time for a plan

The stress of the last few months have taken their toll on my health. Now that the stress is gone, it is time to come up with a plan, or two, to regain my health. I have 11 weeks of a fairly open schedule. I think in that time I should be able to get a grip on my health again. So, Plan A: workout, eat right, move more than I sit. Plan B: eat right, workout, move more than I sit. Those plans should be easy to follow. Tomorrow it's back on Paleo but I don't know if I want to go ultra low carb. Maybe I will just because I can. I don't know, I'll have to think about that tonight. As for workouts, those have to go around my knee. I will walk on the treadmill and run if possible. I will go to Crossfit either tomorrow or Tuesday or Wednesday and if not I will do a short WOD at home. This will happen first thing in the morning because otherwise it won't happen at all.

Okay, I have a plan and the time to execute it. I'm off.....
