So I walked Mavy and then went to the gym on Monday. The leg was there the whole time, I could feel it. Then we went to school and I worked on my room for a few hours. After an hour or so my legs and my feet were done. My feet hurt. A. Lot. My legs were tired. They felt heavy and weighed down. Came home and did basically nothing the rest of the day. I'm starting to get a little concerned. I've never had leg pain like this before. I don't know if I should get it checked out or what. I do know that the more I stand and move the better it will get, but I can't but wonder if there really is something wrong. I'm heading into school today to finish up my room, so I guess we'll see how it goes.
I did not go to the gym yesterday because of the leg. My thoughts are to rest it and see what happens. Apparently that was a good thought because it felt pretty good yesterday. One thing I think I've made a connection with, my desk has a crossbar on the bottom and I have a habit of resting my feet on that bar. I noticed that when I do that the leg bothers me more. So yesterday I made it a point to not do that and the leg started feeling better. I also walked around Kohl's for at least an hour and it all felt pretty darn good. So I think I need to rest it and just use it gently until there is no more tightness or stretching feeling in the leg. This is such BS. Oh well.
