Let's recap.....

So my first week of teaching is under my belt. Lots was learned and lots was figured out in a week. I'm sure there will be a very steep learning curve but I'm ready for it.

You might be asking how my plan went. I had a plan for working out, eating, and sleeping. I would say I had about a 75% success rate, which I think is pretty darn good. The eating was fine, I find I don't have a lot of time to eat many days so it's something quick on the run and it's much easier to have something from home so I can eat on right then.

Sleeping has been just fine because I'm exhausted at the end of the day :) By the time I get home, eat and relax, I fall into bed at 9 and sleep like a log. So two items done well.

The workouts have not been so great. I did workout Monday and Tuesday but missed the rest of the week. But I have good reasons. A) I'm exhausted, see the previous paragraph. B) My feet hurt. By the end of the day my feet are aching. C) Did I mention how tired I am???

So I'm claiming a 75% success rate and going to aim for 80-90% next week. Overall I think it's been pretty good. Now it's almost 9 and time to fall into bed in a coma for 8 hours.
