Things are definitely improving
I thought things were getting better but today I'm sure of it. I have more energy. I'm not completely exhausted by 2 pm. Don't get me wrong, I'm tired. But it's not that bone weary exhaustion I had in the beginning. I've stopped having that stuffy head/coughing thing that I had for the first 3 weeks. The past 5 days of eating right. working out, and getting enough water is making a difference. I've been tracking my food intake and keeping it down around 1200 - 1500 cals. That seems to be the best range for me. Some days 1200 is plenty and other days 1500 really is necessary. So I think I'm doing good. Thank god it's getting better. I don't think I could have lasted that exhausted much longer.
