What a difference a day makes.....

Or two or three actually. I've worked out 4 days in a row now and I've eaten well for the last two day. Wow, do I feel great!!! It's amazing how just a few little things make such a huge difference. I've worked out for 4 days now but I've done nothing crazy. I've just done 30 minutes on the elliptical every morning. I did go for a walk on Sunday and on the way home from work tonight I stopped and walked. I'd like to get in the habit of stopping on the way home. That would be two 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Not great but definitely a start. So things are off to a fabulous start.
