- Sunday: rest
- Monday: strength training in the morning; circuit workout in the evening
- Tuesday: 8 miles run/walk
- Wednesday: strength training

That's how far I went yesterday and I could not be happier with myself. I set out to cover the 8 miles however it went and I did it. The vast majority of it was walking but I did do a lot more running than I thought I would - so I am pleased. Today I went to strength training this morning. I am very happy with myself.
