Progress


Workout update:

Last time I did Bob's Cardio was on Sunday and I suffered through it. I had to reduce my weights to 3 lbs and I thought I was going to throw up a lung. There were some moves I could not do at all and basically had to sit out. Well today - wow!!! I used the 5 lb weights through the whole thing. I did every move - although I may not have done as many as the DVD people did - I did them!! And I felt pretty darn good through the whole thing. I was pushing myself, but I was strong enough to push through it and not barf up my lungs doing it. Awesome!! It really is amazing how quickly the body responds when given the right stimulus. This success just motivates me a whole lot and I want to keep going to see how far I can take it. Enough for now, I have other things on my to-do list, but I feel awesome and proud of myself. I rocked it!!!!!
