Stocked up and ready to rumble

This is what my counter looks like now. I just went shopping and totally stocked up on things that I know are good for me. I bought lots of fruits and veggies, hummus, Kashi frozen meals, etc. I am sick and tired of feeling the way I'm feeling and eating the way I'm eating, so it's going to stop. Since I started riding my bike I've been buying lunch at the cafeteria at school. No more. While at NSTA I purchased a nice little lunch bag that will fit nicely in my backpack. Then when I get to school I can throw it in the fridge. I bought apples, bananas, grapes and clementines. This way I can have a fruit with every meal. I had that as a rule for a while and it worked out well, so back to it. I'm excited. Ready to start back on track and start feeling like myself again.

I was just listening to my neighbor carry on about someone who was on TV that weighs like 450lbs. This from a man who probably weighs 400 lbs, can not do much physically at all, he has trouble walking to his truck. He's probably going to end up in one of those assisted living homes. With any luck he'll end up in a Texas assisted living home, that would be awesome.

Okay, enough nonsense. I'm busy prepping for tomorrow...
