And now for something completely different

Yesterday was the Aloha Show at school. The hula show that I am in charge of. Well, I don't do it alone but I do a lot of it. This year I suffered a lot more stress about it than I normally do. I thought the stress was gone last week, but apparently not. Yesterday, once the show was over, I collapsed. Almost literally. I went to bed last night and I slept like I haven't slept in weeks. I even slept in this morning until the birds started carrying on. For the first time in a couple of weeks my back is not killing me. My foot does not hurt, and my hip doesn't hurt. Oh yeah, my knee feels good too. I know that stress can manifest in physical symptoms and I'm wondering if that is what some of those were. What I did decide is that I'm taking this weekend off from Crossfit to completely decompress and hopefully get rid of all pain. Monday it is back to it. I have lots of school work to do so that will keep me busy. I also need to do some cleaning around this house. So I have plenty to do though the thought of sleeping all weekend isn't bad either :)
