Moving a blog

I know a lot of different types of folks pass this way via Entrecard and I have a question for you blog gurus. I have this blog and another that I own the domain on but they are hosted by blogger. How do I go about moving them, intact, to another host. I know there is information that I need to obtain from blogger/Google, I think I need the domain unlocked and an authorization code, but how do I go about getting those things? I have searched and searched and searched and I can not figure it out. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know.
