Back in the saddle again!!!!
This is what the full moon looked like tonight when it was rising. Pretty huh???? It was really gorgeous. My Palm didn't capture it that well but you get the idea.
It was a good day. I did the Firm this morning and ran this evening. I ate really well too. I'm feeling excellent. I do feel a little pudgy around the middle but I'm hoping that will pass. Tomorrow we are having Subway for lunch. I really don't need to eat out again but that's it. After tomorrow no more eating out.
That's all for tonight. I'm off to bed....

WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT????????
Okay, enough is enough. It's time to get real. I have been making excuses for over a week now and it's got to end right here and now. Last week I was sick but I could have done something and I didn't need to eat the entire box of cookies!!! Today I am a little sore from yesterdays run but I could have done something - yoga or pilates, but I chose instead to eat a Reese's bar and a big grab of Lay's potato chips. Oh yes, let's not forget the Pannido I had for lunch!!! That's it, it's over. Starting right here right now I am officially back on track. No more of this!!! I know what I want and I know how to get it and this is not the way. I am sick and tired of this. Why oh why do I do this to myself???? I really, really want a hard body and I won't get there by eating like a linebacker. So that's it. Right now I'm back on track. I will reach my goal and I will do it soon.....
GAR!!!!!
Today was the Great Aloha Run. I really enjoy that race, it's just fun.... I think I may have overdone the race though. I have been sore all day and have been feeling lazy and sluggish all day. I'm starting to feel better so I think I'll live. I didn't do as good as I had hoped but better than I thought I would considering I was sick most of the week. I now know I have to run more, I'm just not doing it enough. So I have to develop a set running schedule and really stick to it. I have a 10k in 2 weeks and a 10k the following weekend. I want to kick butt in both of those and I need to train if I'm going to do that. So I'm off to bed to get some rest but here's my workout schedule this week:
