Wha happened????

This week went down the toilet!! For some reason I have been just exhausted all week long. I'm really not sure what's up but it ain't been me..... I have trouble waking up in the morning, getting out of bed is a huge chore, teaching all day just drains me completely, by the time I get home I can hardly move. I've brought my running stuff to work every day but by the end of the day my legs are exhausted and my feet are tired. Maybe I need some new Dansko shoes to make my feet feel better. I don't know but I don't like it. I wonder if I'm getting enough sleep, but I've been really good about going to bed on time every night so I don't think that's it. I do have this thing where when I get really, really tired I don't want to eat - it takes too much energy - and when I don't eat I get tired. So I've been trying to make it a point to eat regularly to prevent getting even more exhausted. Ugh!!! I don't know what's up, this is crazy. Could my two weeks off have screwed up my schedule that much?? If so I'm going to be in real trouble over Christmas!!!! Well, I'm going to kick it, whatever it is, this weekend. I'm going to get a little extra sleep, but not too much, eat really, really well, and get some exercise in. I'm going to run one day and bike the other. I have got to shake this extreme tiredness.....
