My goals this week were pretty simple.
- Track everything - that went well for the first couple of days but fell about around Wednesday
- Workout for 30 minutes everyday - this was good up until Thursday.
- Drink 8 cups of water everyday - tis went well most days but a couple days I did not make it.
So tomorrow I will weigh-in and face the consequences of my choices this week and start over again. Next week will be better then this week and the following week will be even better.
