Tomorrow it begins

Again.....  I went to Weight Watchers today and got all signed up.  I haven't done the program in over a year but it is basically the same.  I got all signed up and got the new material. I readover all the stuff and it really is the same.  But I got all my stuff ready and am going grocery shopping tomorrow.  I am ready.  I do need to find a couple of substitutes for things.  For example, I love yogurt but can no longer eat it due to lactose intolerance.  So I need to figure those things out.  But tomorrow I start tracking and journaling.  It will be interesting... I can't wait....

My goals for next week:
  • Track everything
  • Workout at least 30 minutes every day
  • Drink 8 cups of water

That's all. Not crazy or wild, just basic stuff.  Eat less, move more.  Here's to a good tomorrow.

Take it slowly at first, I found swimming a few laps per week was a great way of slimming and enjoyable at the same time, good luck with it.

Change my thinking

 I have always said that I'm someone who likes routine. I like knowing what I'm doing when. I like knowing that things will get done...
